I have more than 20 years experience as a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator (Massage, Beauty and Remedial Therapist) working closely with people from all walks of life who need direction, guidance and advice on how to achieve and maintain a fit, healthy and happy lifestyle. My clientele are from corporate groups, sporting associations, nursing homes, schools and the general public. I have gained an enormous amount of experience and knowledge from working with physiotherapists, sports doctors, sports and fitness instructors, coaches, nutritionists and other massage therapists.

For 11 years I was the proprietor of Body Refit & Therapy in Cairns. Whilst operating Body Refit & Therapy I used local gyms as my base and also operated from my own premises.

From 1996 to 2000, I competed in 16 Regional, State and National
Figure Fitness & Body Shaping Championships, winning 13 of them, coming 2nd twice and 3rd once.
Of the 13 wins, 2 were at a National level. Whilst I don't compete now, I still exercise and maintain my fitness.

I relocated to Townsville in 2001 and continued massage therapy. In 2005 I worked as a Training and Assessment Officer for personal trainers and massage therapists on a Luxury Liner, cruising the Caribbean, Bahamas and east coast of the USA.
